Analysis of equipment quality problem and control strategies for high-voltage transformerless battery energy storage power stations
At present, the ground energy storage power station is developing in the direction of building a large capacity of 100 megawatts. The conventional energy storage power station runs multiple battery energy storage systems in parallel at the low - voltage AC side, which has disadvantages such as low efficiency and poor safety. The new energy storage system of high - voltage transformerless battery energy storage power station came into being. The system can meet the construction requirements of large capacity energy storage power stations with high efficiency, high reliability and good economy. However, in recent years, the establishment of relevant standards for energy storage equipment and systems is not perfect, an d the relevant standards and design and manufacturing levels of high-voltage transformerless battery energy storage power stations are uneven, and the production quality problems of equipment are prominent. Therefore, based on the typical quality problems found in equipment supervision of high-voltage transformerless battery energy storage power stations in the past two years, this paper analyzes the causes in all aspects, and puts forward the full link quality control ideas and strategies for high-voltage transformerless battery energy storage power stations, providing technical support and reference for improving equipment manufacturing quality and healthy and steady development of the industry.
