Enhanced NO 2 sensing performance in organic field-effect transistors <i>via</i> regioregularity-controlled P3HT blend films
RRa-P3HT enhances self-assembly of RR-P3HT by steric hindrance, optimizing both charge mobility & gas diffusion in OFET-based NO 2 sensors. A 10 wt% blend achieves 3.5× higher mobility and 480% responsivity, exhibiting a synergistic sensing mechanism.
