Bleeding duodenal ectopic pancreas: laparoscopic case report

Duodenal heterotopic pancreas is a rare but important differential in GI bleeding. Laparoscopic wedge resection offers a safe and definitive therapeutic approach, especially when histopathological diagnosis cannot be achieved preoperatively.
