O trabalho em equipe na atenção básica: um diálogo sobre práticas profissionais

The present study presents as a theme teamwork and dialogue in primary care as an important practice in caring for users. However, difficulties are still encountered in the implementation of this integrated practice, centered on the team / users relationship, due to a traditional biomedical model that enhances the biological dimension, reducing the other dimensions that make up the human being. A critical review of the literature was carried out, aiming at rethinking health practices, increasing possibilities for action. Through the bibliographical survey it was possible to note the difficulties encountered by professionals in breaking with the biomedical model and adopting new postures.
