A REVIEW AND METHODOLOGY STUDY ON COMPUTATIONAL ANALYSIS NEEDS OF A TRANSPORT AIRCRAFT DESIGN
The paper is a review of methodology and computational studies on aircraft analysis. The development of computer techniques for the investigation of fluid flow phenomena in a wide range of scientific and technical fields has advanced significantly during the last three decades.A cutting-edge modern computational method called computational fluid dynamics (CFD) uses virtual geometry to numerically simulate fluid flow.Due of its expensive software costs and demanding computing requirements, CFD was only used successfully in the automobile and aerospace industries until recently. The bulk of CFD models can now be executed on a desktop because to the advancement of PCs with fast processing speeds.Fluid flow, heat and mass transfer, chemical reactions (explosions), and other related phenomena can all be predicted by engineers using CFD.Food processing, water treatment, maritime engineering, automotive, aerodynamics, and gas turbine design are just a few of the industries that employ it.Because CFD can forecast the performance of novel designs or processes before they are constructed or put into use, it has become a crucial component of many
