ABSTRACT: The rapid advancement of technology is transforming the learning environment, especially with the recent online learning trends driven by the Coronavirus pandemic. Digital tools like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) enable students to access content and communicate with teachers and peers anytime and anywhere.
