ANALYSIS OF QUALITY CONTROL ORGANIZATION IN FRAME-MONOLITHIC CONSTRUCTION

Problem statement. Today, the issue of improving construction quality remains highly relevant. This is especially true in the post-conflict period when a significant increase in construction volumes is expected due to the urgent need to restore critical infrastructure and provide housing for internally displaced persons. In this context, frame-monolithic construction is one of the most efficient and fastest methods to address these challenges. However, alongside the increase in construction volumes, the challenge of ensuring an adequate level of work quality arises. The core problem lies in the complexity of ensuring proper control over these two interdependent parameters of the system. This problem is almost impossible to eliminate entirely, but it can and must be taken into account. The study focuses on identifying possible ways to improve the quality control system considering the potential acceleration of construction processes. The high intensity of the construction process requires enhancing the control system enabling quick responses to potential deviations from building codes and design requirements. The article analyzes the approach to organizing operational quality control in frame-monolithic construction with the involvement of technical supervision functions. The main focus is on improving operational (step-by-step) quality control of construction processes ensuring real-time updates on work progress. This approach aims to enhance transparency in construction processes improve coordination among project participants and ensure an appropriate level of quality control for the work being performed. Modern research in this area has accumulated a significant body of scientific work however it is evident that the implementation of operational control reveals a clear trend: a direct dependence between real-time information management and reduced risks of schedule deviations. Moreover, the early identification of potential defects minimizes the need for defect correction at the final stages of construction which is a critical aspect of optimizing construction processes in terms of quality. At the same time attention should be focused on improving elements of the quality control system as even with the use of modern monitoring and quality analysis tools it is not always possible to detect defects at the initial stages. Such shortcomings increase the likelihood of deviations from the initially approved schedule leading to delays additional defect correction costs increased material consumption and the need to involve additional human resources. Although numerous approaches to managing construction duration and quality exist their practical application often fails to ensure effective process control. Purpose of the article. The purpose of this article is to analyze approaches to the organization of operational quality control associated with technical supervision in frame-monolithic construction. The main focus is on improving the implementation of step-by-step quality control of construction processes and determining its impact on construction process efficiency. Exploring this aspect aims to identify key patterns particularly the relationship between real-time information updates timely responses and reduced risks of schedule deviations. Conclusions. Further research will focus on analyzing the impact of operational control on the quality of frame-monolithic construction. It is expected that improvements in the control system will contribute to the timely identification of defects reduced risks of schedule deviations and overall process optimization. The primary focus will be on implementing modern monitoring tools and improving mechanisms for automated quality control. The results obtained will enhance the efficiency of construction management and improve coordination among project participants.
