Hubungan Hipertensi, Kadar Hba1c, dan Profil Lipid terhadap Laju Filtrasi Glomerulus (Lfg) pada Kelompok Prolanis yang Mengalami Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2 di Puskesmas Gunungsari, Lombok Barat

ABSTRACT Type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) is a global health issue with a continuously increasing prevalence, including in West Nusa Tenggara. One of the serious complications of type 2 DM is diabetic nephropathy (DN), characterized by a decline in kidney function or glomerular filtration rate (GFR). The primary factors influencing the decrease in GFR are hypertension, HbA1c levels, and lipid profiles. To determine the relationship between hypertension, HbA1c levels, and lipid profiles on the glomerular filtration rate in prolanis groups suffering from type 2 diabetes mellitus at Gunungsari Health Center, West Lombok. This study employed a cross-sectional design with an analytical observational method. Samples were collected using total sampling techniques, resulting in 71 respondents who met the inclusion criteria. Data analysis was performed using Pearson's Chi-square test. The findings indicated a significant relationship between hypertension (p = 0.007), HbA1c levels (p = 0.005), and triglycerides (p = 0.044) with GFR. However, no significant relationship was found between total cholesterol (p = 0.886), LDL (p = 0.900), and HDL (p = 0.508) with GFR. There is a relationship between hypertension, HbA1c levels, and triglycerides with GFR; however, no relationship exists between total cholesterol, LDL, and HDL with GFR in type 2 DM patients at Gunungsari Health Center, West Lombok. These findings are crucial for directing health interventions to prevent kidney complications in individuals with type 2 DM. Keywords: Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, Glomerular Filtration Rate (GFR), Hypertension, HbA1c Levels, Lipid Profile.
