Angiotensin-Neprilysin Inhibition and Left Ventricular Assist Device Therapy
ENVAD-HF, a prospective randomized controlled trial of angiotensin-neprilysin inhibition in stable HeartMate 3 LVAD recipients, demonstrated the safety and tolerability of this therapy in this unique population. The trial forms the basis for a pivotal trial to investigate the usefulness of HF-specific therapies in the LVAD population.
