MODERN APPROACHES TO ENSURING THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF OIL AND GAS ENTERPRISES

The purpose of the article is to form and substantiate a conceptual interpretation of the sustainable innovative development of Russian oil and gas enterprises based on systematic consideration of production, environmental and social parameters integrated into a long — term industry strategy. The research materials include scientific publications on sustainable and innovative development, statistical data from the Russian Ministry of Finance, the National Association of Oil and Gas Services, Rosstat, Rostransnadzor, and a number of marketing and consulting agencies. The article uses such research methods as structural, functional and comparative analysis, theoretical modeling, as well as generalization of practices of sustainable and innovative development. Research result: the author’s model of sustainable innovative development of oil and gas complex enterprises is proposed, reflecting the interrelation of technological, organizational and institutional factors, as well as the mechanism of their coordination with the goals of the sectoral economy and the Goals of sustainable development. Conclusions: a) the implementation of the proposed model makes it possible to link the priorities of innovative renewal with the environmental and social goals of the oil and gas complex; b) to increase the effectiveness of the application of the author’s model, it is necessary to integrate the tools of state industrial policy with the interna l strategies of enterprises.
