DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT IN A DIGITAL ENVIRONMENT AS A FACTOR IN IMPROVING MANAGERIAL EFFICIENCY

The article is devoted to the study of the organization of document management in the digital environment as the main factor in improving the managerial efficiency of modern organizations. The purpose of the work is to analyze and substantiate approaches that contribute to optimizing electronic document management processes, taking into account technological, organizational and legal aspects. In the course of the research, an analysis of modern electronic systems and their implementation practices was carried out, their functionality, integration and security requirements were considered. The authors highlight the advantages of digital document management, including reducing the processing time of documents, reducing the cost of storing and forwarding them, increasing the transparency of processes and the quality of management decisions. It was noted that the successful implementation of digital document management depends on technological modernization, development of regulations and staff training. The importance of the work lies in the systematization of theoretical and practical aspects of the introduction of electronic document management and the formation of recommendations that can be used in corporate structures to improve management efficiency. The conclusions and recommendations proposed in the article are of practical importance, since they take into account the specifics of Russian legislation and the specifics of industry integration of digital systems.
