RESEARCH OF MODERN APPROACHES TO DEVELOPMENT OF SOFTWARE ARCHITECTURE FOR CREATION OF DIGITAL TWINS OF PRODUCTION
The article studies the current state and development prospects of software architectures for creating digital twins of production systems. The main attention is paid to the analysis of the conceptual field and key areas in this area based on the bibliometric approach using VOSviewer software. The material characterizes the most frequently encountered terms, such as model, simulation, optimization, monitoring, digital twin and system, and identifies four software clusters: requirements for digital twins, the benefits of their use, smart manufacturing and predictive technologies. The article identifies the lack of a unified approach to designing digital twin platforms, and also discusses the factors influencing the determination of the optimal architecture: scalability, adaptability, fault tolerance, integration capabilities and ease of maintenance. The article analyzes the developed multifunctional software architecture designed to adapt to multitasking user requests and integrate with virtual reality. The system functionality is covered in detail: creation of detailed 3D and 2D models of production complexes, collection and analytical processing of statistical data, automatic generation of specifications (BOM), reporting generation, as well as support for import and export of data in various formats (DXF, DWG). The operability of the developed architecture is confirmed by practical experience and testing of the solution based on industrial enterprises, confirming its economic efficiency: reduction of production cycles, reduction of downtime, optimization of warehouse operations and increase in productivity. Particular attention is paid to the possibility of scaling the system for enterprises of various profiles and sizes, which ensures its wide applicability in the context of digital transformation of industry and integration into the concept of Industry 4.0. The areas considered in the work will be of interest to specialists in the field of industrial automation, digital design, IT developers and researchers, as well as business representatives interested in increasing the competitiveness of their industries.
