Research on the Focusing Problems of Talent Cultivation in the Undergraduate Section of ‘3+2’ Higher Education Collaborative Nurturing
The ‘3+2’ high school and undergraduate collaborative education programme, as a model of collaboration between higher vocational and undergraduate colleges and universities in cultivating talents, has an important role to play in the development of higher vocational subsequent education. At present, in the two-year undergraduate training of undergraduate colleges and universities participating in the cooperation, the main focus of the problem is that the curriculum is not in place for ‘specialised’ docking, the students' class time is too concentrated, and the ability to solve the students' ‘anxiety’ problems needs to be improved. Therefore, improving the collaboration mechanism between higher education institutions, dynamically adjusting and perfecting the curriculum, promoting small class size and online/offline integrated teaching, and making efforts to solve the pressure of coursework and psychological pressure of employment faced by students are the directions of improvement that undergraduate institutions should consider in the future to promote ‘3+2’ collaborative education.
