Qualidade como diferencial competitivo: Estratégias para o mercado de produtos de limpeza
This article analyzes quality as a competitive differential in the cleaning products sector, highlighting its strategic relevance in the face of growing consumer demands and increasing market competition. The main objective was to understand how quality, in its multiple dimensions, can be consolidated as a resource for business differentiation. The methodology was applied in nature, with a mixed approach, combining bibliographic review of classical and contemporary authors on quality management with documentary analysis of official and institutional reports, including data from the Brazilian Association of Hygiene, Cleaning and Sanitizing Products Industries (ABIPLA), Euromonitor International, NielsenIQ, and regulations from the Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (ANVISA). The results indicated that quality is not limited to technical attributes but encompasses business strategies focused on reliability, certifications that legitimize organizational practices, and sustainability and innovation initiatives increasingly valued by consumers. The study concludes that quality must be understood as a strategic and comprehensive system capable of generating sustainable competitive advantage, strengthening brand image, and simultaneously meeting market demands and regulatory requirements. Furthermore, it emphasizes that the integration of technical efficiency, economic accessibility, and socio-environmental responsibility constitutes the most promising path for the future of companies in the cleaning products sector.
