Research on Supply Chain Efficiency Optimization in the Automobile Manufacturing Industry Based on Pull Supply Chain Management Strategies
With the booming development of the global manufacturing industry and the demand for quick response to customer requirements, supply chain management has emerged as a emerging management strategy. In the context of economic globalization, diversified demand, and personalization, supply chain management that focuses on the efficient integration of information flow and logistics has become the only way for enterprises to survive and develop. Faced with continuously intensifying cost pressures and increasingly fierce market competition, vehicle manufacturers and suppliers are systematically reassessing key links in the supply chain and adopting corresponding response strategies for multiple dimensions such as planning, procurement, manufacturing, and delivery. This article proposes a pull based supply chain management strategy and explores optimization methods for supply chain efficiency in the automotive manufacturing industry, which can help improve market competitiveness, enhance customer satisfaction, reduce production costs, and shorten production cycles.
