Design of Monitoring System for Water Quality Parameters of Deep Water Cage Culture Based on Sensor Network
In order to alleviate the problems such as the decline in marine biological quality and economic benefits, as well as environmental pollution in nearshore sea areas caused by the high density of offshore cage aquaculture, deep-water cage aquaculture has been developed vigorously. Aiming at the low degree of automation and the special nature of the aquaculture environment in deep-water cage aquaculture, this paper proposes a remote monitoring scheme for water quality parameters in deep-water cage aquaculture based on wireless sensor networks and GPRS networks, and designs the system in terms of software and hardware. After testing, the system not only has low power consumption, low cost, strong stability and high accuracy, but also has scalability, which can provide a basis for the intelligent control of deep-water cage aquaculture.
