Design of enterprise supply chain optimization management system based on RFID technology

In recent years, the competition in the manufacturing industry has become more and more fierce, and the supply chain management ability of enterprises has become an important factor affecting the market competitiveness. Because the traditional supply chain management mode has slow information transmission and poor communication, enterprises often do not respond in time, resulting in high efficiency and low logistics cost, which affects the development. In this case, the development of modern information technology has brought new solutions to supply chain management. By introducing advanced information technology, enterprises can make all links of the supply chain more closely connected and operate more efficiently, thus enhancing market competitiveness. Among them, RFID technology, as a new type of automatic identification technology, has the characteristics of non-contact long-distance multi-target identification. Enterprises can use RFID technology to track the flow of materials at any time and share information quickly, thus improving the transparency and response speed of the supply chain. This study discusses how to apply RFID technology to supply chain management, so as to optimize logistics, reduce costs, improve efficiency and ultimately enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. This study not only offers a theoretical foundation for implementing RFID technology in supply chain management but also serves as a valuable reference for businesses looking to enhance their supply chain operations with greater intelligence and efficiency.
