The Construction of Aviation Service Quality Evaluation System Based on Data Modeling

Along with the continuous improvement of the living standard of China's residents, the number of air travel is also increasing, the aviation market has ushered in a new opportunity for development, but also faces greater market competition. Therefore the evaluation of aviation service quality is also very critical. In this paper, considering the practical significance of SERVQUAL method to improve the aviation logistics, cargo transportation, service personnel training as well as to realize the macroeconomic goals, the construction of aviation service quality evaluation system based on data model is analyzed for reference.
