Research on Safety Risk Perception and Emergency Rescue Decision Support Technology for Large Commercial Complexes

With urbanization acceleration, large commercial complexes face severe fire safety challenges due to their functional complexity, spatial complexity, and high people density. This paper proposes ubiquitous perception and intelligent auxiliary decision-making technology for safety risks based on multi-system integration to address fire prevention, control and emergency rescue needs of such complexes. By integrating multi-source heterogeneous data from fire protection facilities, video surveillance, environmental monitoring, etc., and combining Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence, and big data analysis technologies, a multi-level integrated safety risk perception and emergency decision-making platform is constructed. The application of this system in Suzhou Center Plaza demonstrates that it can significantly enhance fire risk early warning capability and emergency rescue efficiency. This provides an innovative solution for safety management of large commercial complexes.
