Stability analysis and chaos control of a nonlinear financial system using feedback controllers
In this study, a dynamic model of the financial system is considered with four state variables. The existence of basic properties and the uniqueness of the solution of the system are examined. First, threshold conditions are investigated for all parameters, and the chaotic phenomenon of the system is analyzed by considering critical values of all parameters. Then, a speed feedback controller, a linear feedback controller and a combined feedback controller are introduced to suppress the chaotic behavior of the system. It is demonstrated that the combined feedback controller can control the chaotic behaviors of the financial system at a reliable feedback rate compared to other controllers. Numerical simulations are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of theoretical findings of the proposed financial system and chaos control systems.
