Nonlinear mixed η-∗-type derivations on ∗-algebras

Let [Formula: see text] be a nonzero complex number, and let [Formula: see text] be a unital ∗-algebra. We prove that under some mild conditions, every nonlinear mixed [Formula: see text]-∗-type derivation on [Formula: see text] is an additive ∗-derivation.

Abstract

Let [Formula: see text] be a nonzero complex number, and let [Formula: see text] be a unital ∗-algebra. We prove that under some mild conditions, every nonlinear mixed [Formula: see text]-∗-type derivation on [Formula: see text] is an additive ∗-derivation.
