This article analyzes the key challenges that arise when implementing digital solutions in ITO, and examines the prospects for their application to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises. Special attention is paid to the prospects of using innovative solutions such as ERP systems, digital platforms, and big data technologies to optimize procurement processes and manage material resources in the industrial sector. The concept of a digital twin in the MTO is considered.
