FORMATION OF A TREE OF PROBLEMS OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IMPLEMENTATION IN BUSINESS PROCESSES OF COMPANIES

This work is aimed at analyzing the problems of introducing information technology into the business processes of companies and building a problem tree based on the analysis. The research process highlighted problems conditionally combined into five blocks: a block of problems that arise when setting business goals and objectives; a block of problems formed due to poor description of business processes; a block of problems determined by an inadequate assessment of the company's potential; the block of problems associated with the choice of platform and the block of problems, which is formed due to the negative attitude of employees to innovations and resistance to innovations.
