ANALYSIS OF STRATEGIC PLANNING DOCUMENTS OF KADOMSKY AND UKHOLOVSKY MUNICIPAL DISTRICTS OF THE RYAZAN REGION

Using the example of two municipalities (Kadomsky municipal district and Ukholovsky municipal district of the Ryazan region), the paper analyzes strategic planning documents (Strategies for socio-economic development and municipal programs). Based on the results obtained, a conclusion is drawn about the sequence of application of the program-oriented approach in management.
