INSTITUTIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF A COMFORTABLE ENVIRONMENT (ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE RYAZAN REGION)

This paper The article examines the issues of creating a comfortable environment using the example of the Ryazan region. The institutional approach to the study of the problem allows us to focus on both formal institutions determined by the state and informal norms and rules for solving this problem. The indicators characterizing the achieved results are given. A conclusion is made about the need for an integrated use of formal and informal institutions in creating a comfortable environment in the region.
