LEGAL PROTECTION OF TRADITIONAL FAMILY VALUES IN RUSSIA

The article examines the importance of strengthening and preserving traditional family values in the Russian Federation, as well as the reasons that determine the actions of the state in this direction. The constitutional foundations of state policy on the protection and defense of the institution of family and family values are analyzed, the importance of the traditional perception of family and marriage is emphasized. The work analyzes the value orientations of the country's youth, shows the importance of the research topic for the formation of effective legal policy, current socio-economic, demographic and cultural processes taking place in the country. Legal protection of values helps to maintain social ideals of family and marriage, forming respect for family traditions and attitudes towards the development of society in young people.
