ANALYSIS OF COMPETITIVE AND NON-COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT METHODS
The article discusses the main aspects of the analysis of competitive and non-competitive procurement methods. Special attention is paid to comparing these approaches in terms of efficiency and transparency of processes. Competitive procurement methods, such as tenders and auctions, help to reduce costs and improve the quality of goods and services by involving many participants. At the same time, non-competitive methods, including purchases from a single supplier, can be justified in case of specific requirements or urgency. The procurement methods highlighted in this article emphasize the importance of a balanced approach to procurement processes in order to achieve optimal results.
