Research on the "Ideological and Political Education - Professional Education - Practical Education" Ternary Collaborative Training Model Led by Doctoral Counselors

Against the backdrop of the development of emerging engineering disciplines and the 5G era, higher education is tasked with the important mission of cultivating inter-disciplinary innovative talents.This study takes the cultivation of postgraduates majoring in Civil Engineering and Hydraulic Engineering at Shijiazhuang Tiedao University as the research object.Aiming at the problem of disconnection between ideological and political education and professional practice in current postgraduate education, it proposes a new "Ideological and Political Education -Professional Education -Practical Education" ternary collaborative talent cultivation model empowered by the role of doctoral counselors.Through literature research, case analysis, questionnaire surveys and other methods, this study systematically explores the unique advantages and functional mechanisms of doctoral counselors in the talent cultivation system.The research shows that this model has significantly improved postgraduates' ideological and political literacy, professional capabilities, and practical innovation abilities, providing replicable practical experience for the cultivation of engineering talents in the new era.The research results hold important theoretical and practical value for deepening the reform of postgraduate education and innovating talent cultivation mechanisms.
