Photovoltaic System Fed Full-Bridge Inverter an Ozone Generator for a Household Water Disinfection and Slag Reduction
This paper presents a photovoltaic powered full-bridge inverter system designed to operate an ozone generator for household water disinfection and scale reduction. The system utilizes renewable energy to supply power to the ozone generator, offering a sustainable solution for areas lacking electricity and promoting energy conservation. The proposed system comprises a DC-DC converter, a full-bridge inverter, a high-frequency high-voltage module, and an ozone generator. A perturbation and observation (P & O) maximum power point tracking (MPPT) algorithm is implemented through the DC-DC converter to optimize the photovoltaic system's efficiency. The operation of the inverter circuit is also described in detail. Experimental results from the developed prototype confirm the feasibility of the proposed design and demonstrate the system's effectiveness and energy efficiency in real world applications.
