User Identity Privacy Protection Scheme for Ubiquitous Electricity Internet of Things
With the widespread application of ubiquitous Internet of Things (IoT) in electricity systems, user identity privacy leakage is one of the key threats. Existing identity privacy protection methods cannot effectively resist quantum computing attacks and have high computational overhead. To address the above problems, this paper proposes an innovative identity-based ring signature scheme on the lattice. The scheme combines the quantum attack-resistant property of the lattice cipher with the unconditional anonymity and unforgeability of the ring signature, and can effectively verify the integrity of the data and the legitimacy of user identity without revealing the privacy of user identity. Its unique design not only reduces the computational overhead, but also effectively resist future quantum attacks. The proposed scheme is applied to the user identity privacy protection of ubiquitous electricity IoT, which shows its great potential and broad application prospects in protecting the identity privacy of ubiquitous IoT.
