Security and Six Other Enablers in Mhealth Use for Patients' and Health Professionals'

The study was carried out to analyze how various factors influence the usage of mHealth apps by patients and healthcare professionals. For the study primary data was collected. Data from 89 healthcare professionals and 73 patients were collected. A convenient sampling method was used to select the sample. The survey method was used and the data was gathered in person by distributing a self-response, pen-andpaper mode questionnaire. For data analysis, the ANOVA test was used. During the study it was found that Ease of Use, Security, Habits of using mHealth Apps, Social Influence, Accessibility, Ease of making payments and Effectiveness of the mHealth apps are the factors that influenced patients and healthcare professionals to use the mHealth apps.
