Reform and Practice of Blended Teaching in Logistics Scheme Design Training Course Based on the "Xuexitong" and "Suitanglian" Platform

In the teaching process of "Logistics Program Design" practical training course, there are difficulties such as insufficient practical training resources, weak teachers, disconnection between practical training content and market demand, low participation of students in the teaching process, lack of initiative and creativity, etc. In order to improve the teaching quality, we make full use of the rich online resources and combine them with the rich simulation experiment resources in the online experiment platform "Suitanglian" to establish a hybrid teaching mode based on the platforms of "Xuexitong" and "Suitanglian". It will be improved by strengthening the construction of online resources, effectively integrating the elements of course ideology and policy, conducting simulation training based on the platform of "practicing with class", and reforming the teaching evaluation method, and so on. It also analyzes the effect of teaching reform in terms of independent learning, comprehensive results, practical training tasks, competition results and students' learning feedback to illustrate its effectiveness, and proposes improvement measures for the shortcomings, which can be used to improve the teaching model.
