Application of RdTools to a Worldwide Portfolio of PV Plants for System Degradation Analysis

This study focuses on analyzing a large dataset to determine the most representative value for system power degradation, specifically through the Performance Loss Rate (PLR). The objectives are to thoroughly analyze PV performance metrics collected over an extended period, apply the Year-on-Year (YOY) methodology using RdTools for accurate degradation calculations, and identify the most representative degradation value from the dataset. Additionally, we will address factors that influence the accuracy of PLR calculations, such as sensor calibration and data filtering.
