Intelligent image processing and cultural style transfer for brand visual design with Yanchuan cloth paste art
As an intangible cultural heritage of Shaanxi Province, Yan chuan bu dui painting bears the profound folk culture and aesthetic concepts in northern Shaanxi with its unique modeling language, color system and cultural symbols. However, with the acceleration of modernization, traditional handicrafts face the dilemma of inheritance fault and low market awareness. This study focuses on the intelligent application of Yan chuan bu dui painting in brand visual design, and puts forward a solution based on the three-tier technical architecture of "data-algorithm-application", aiming at realizing the automatic generation and customized output of intangible cultural symbols. On the data layer, a pattern database containing traditional patterns, color systems and composition rules is constructed by means of on-the-spot investigation, digital archiving of museums and crawling of network resources. At the algorithm level, the GrabCut algorithm is improved, and the shape prior constraint is introduced to solve the problem of accurate pattern segmentation in complex background. The CycleGAN framework is optimized, and the spatial attention mechanism is introduced to realize the two-way conversion between bu dui painting style and modern design style. The GAN (generative adversarial networks) model with cultural characteristics constraints is constructed to ensure that the generated image conforms to the visual characteristics of a specific culture; A color harmony model based on Lab color space is developed to optimize the color scheme of the generated image. In the application layer, an interactive design platform based on Web is developed, which supports users to upload brand requirements and get automatically recommended design sketches. At the same time, a cultural traceability system is set up to strengthen the brand story and the cultural identity of consumers. The experimental results show that the improved GrabCut algorithm proposed in this study is significantly superior to the traditional method in segmentation accuracy, the culture-constrained GAN model is excellent in generating quality and maintaining cultural characteristics, and the color optimization module has achieved a good balance in cultural inheritance, visual appeal and market preference. This study provides an effective technical path for the innovative inheritance of Yan chuan bu dui painting and the integration of brand visual design, which has important theoretical and practical significance.
