Predictive career planning using AI and data-driven models for student development guidance
With the intensification of competition in the job market and the diversification of career choices, how to help students scientifically plan their career development paths has become an important issue in the field of education. This paper studies the algorithm design and optimization of students' career development path planning based on big data analysis. The current situation and core challenges of big data application in career development are discussed; a path planning model is constructed based on big data technology, and a complete set of solutions is proposed from data preprocessing, feature extraction to model optimization; the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed algorithm is verified through actual cases. The algorithm can effectively improve the accuracy and personalization level of career recommendation, provide students with more scientific career development suggestions, and has important reference value for educational decision-making and employment guidance.
