Label-free, rapid diagnosis of pancreatic cancer using multiphoton imaging
Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is among the deadliest cancers, with early detection remaining a challenge. Conventional imaging methods reliably detect macroscopic lesions but lack the spatial resolution to identify early-stage tumors or monitor subtle progression. We propose a label‐free diagnostic approach that integrates multiphoton imaging with a deep learning classifier. Our results show that this combined strategy accurately differentiates benign from malignant pancreatic tissues, offering a powerful tool for precision PDAC diagnosis.
