A vérsejtszámolástól az áramlási citometriáig – a sejtanalízis története az orvosi diagnosztikai laboratóriumban
Today, quantitative data of blood and bone marrow cells, and their identification by the expression rate of their intra- and extracellular antigens, play a key role in recognising specific blood disorders. Supported by expertise and technology, we are able to present a diagnosis within several hours and to follow up on the patient’s condition during the treatment. The progress of technology has witnessed an impressive development since 1674, when Leeuwenhoek first registered his microscopic experiences about the “globules” of his blood.
