A STUDY OF VARIOUS VEHICLE BONUS PROVIDED BY HDFC BANK IN NOG
In the rapidly evolving financial services sector, vehicle loans remain a key product for banks aiming to expand their retail credit portfolio. HDFC Bank, being one of India's leading private banks, offers a variety of vehicle loan bonus schemes across different regions to attract and retain customers. This study focuses on analyzing these schemes specifically within the Nandyal Operational Geography (NOG), leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL) to uncover data-driven insights into their effectiveness, customer response, and optimization potential.Using historical loan data, customer demographics, repayment behavior, and bonus utilization records, the research applies ML algorithms such as decision trees, random forests, and k-means clustering to segment borrowers and predict which bonus schemes yield the highest customer engagement and loan conversions. Furthermore, Deep Learning techniques, including LSTM networks, are used to model customer interaction sequences, while Natural Language Processing (NLP) is employed to analyze customer feedback and sentiment regarding the bank’s offers. The results of the study highlight patterns in customer behavior, regional preferences, and offer performance that can guide the bank in tailoring future bonus schemes more effectively. AI-driven predictive models provide actionable insights to improve campaign targeting, enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize bonus allocation. Overall, this project demonstrates that incorporating intelligent technologies into vehicle loan bonus analysis leads to smarter decision-making and more efficient financial service delivery in region-specific banking strategies.
