PROBLEMS IN ANALYSIS OF FORCED STEADY-STATE OSCILLATIONS WHEN STUDYING THE TOPIC «COMPLEX NUMBERS»

The paper contains methodological materials that can be used to enhance the applied component of mathematical training for students in technical universities when studying the topic «Complex Numbers». The method of complex amplitudes and complex impedance is discussed, which allows for the description of small steady-state forced oscillations in electrical, mechanical, and other systems under the influence of external harmonic excitation.

Abstract

The paper contains methodological materials that can be used to enhance the applied component of mathematical training for students in technical universities when studying the topic «Complex Numbers». The method of complex amplitudes and complex impedance is discussed, which allows for the description of small steady-state forced oscillations in electrical, mechanical, and other systems under the influence of external harmonic excitation.
