Design and Implementation of MES System for Fabric Defects Based on Data Mining

In response to the current low level of data information collection, complex dimensions of defect information analysis, and the correlation between defects and job performance in the fabric defect management process of textile workshops, a data mining based fabric defect MES system was designed and developed based on the specific manifestations of these problems. The system uses the programming language Java and operates through simple pages to achieve functions such as quick defect input, automatic defect scoring, variety information management, process optimization recommendation, and employee performance calculation. It can improve the management efficiency of enterprises and reduce manual operation costs. This system makes fabric defect management operations more intelligent and convenient.
