UMA ABORDAGEM TEÓRICO-DIDÁTICA DOS MÉTODOS CLÁSSICOS DE RESOLUÇÃO DE EQUAÇÕES ALGÉBRICAS COM GRAU SUPERIOR A 2 PARA ALUNOS DO ENSINO MÉDIO

Studying methods for solving algebraic equations is crucial for students to be able to solve various problem situations in high school. For equations with a degree higher than 2, however, applying methods rarely explored in the classroom due to their difficulty becomes necessary in most cases. Thus, this work aims to help high school students improve their knowledge in solving algebraic equations with a degree higher than 2, analyzing these equations, with an emphasis on classical methods of solving third and fourth degree equations and the Theorem of Rational Roots.Thus, in addition to working with classical methods of solving equations, it constitutes a didactic-theoretical source with several applications that will help in understanding more sophisticated concepts of Modern Algebra.
