AUTOMAÇÃO INTELIGENTE DE ATAS: INTEGRAÇÃO ENTRE MEETGEEK E CHATGPT PARA GESTÃO DE REUNIÕES ONLINE

ABSTRACT The rise of online meetings in corporate and academic settings has increased the demand for tools capable of automating documentation and decision-tracking processes. This article aims to propose an integrated approach for the intelligent automation of meeting minutes and strategic follow-up, using the artificial intelligence tools MeetGeek and ChatGPT. The adopted methodology involved a functional analysis of the platforms and their practical application in meetings of the PIBITI Project at the Centro Universitário Tecnológico de Teresina – UNI-CET, allowing for an evaluation of the solution in a real world context. The results showed a significant reduction in the time required to prepare minutes, improved clarity in information organization, and efficient traceability of discussed actions. Data analysis indicated that the integration between tools not only automates processes but also enhances institutional communication, contributing to the modernization of meeting management.
