A self-healing non-precious metal oxide anode in proton exchange membrane electrolysis beyond 1000 h stability at 2 A cm−2
This work demonstrates the dissolution–redeposition dynamic equilibrium of non-precious metal anode catalysts under PEMWE conditions, establishing stable active sites and achieving unprecedented long-term stability at ultrahigh current densities.
