IMPLEMENTATION OF A LEAN PRODUCTION SYSTEM USING THE EXAMPLE OF GRPZ JSC

The article examines the experience of implementing the lean manufacturing concept at JSC "State Ryazan Instrument Plant". The main stages of the enterprise's production system transformation based on lean technologies are analyzed. The results of applying key lean manufacturing tools are presented: 5S system, value stream mapping, TPM, kanban, and SMED. An assessment of the economic efficiency of the implemented measures is provided. The main problems arising during the implementation of lean manufacturing at a Russian industrial enterprise are identified, and solutions are proposed. Recommendations for further improvement of the enterprise's production system are formulated.
