THE METHODOLOGY OF SELF-ASSESSMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION'S ACTIVITIES

The paper discusses the issues of organizing and conducting self-assessment of the organization's activities. The main prerequisites for conducting a self-assessment of activities are given. The presented fragment of the IDEF0 model of the self-assessment process reflects its main stages. The subprocesses of self-assessment are also given. For a more visual representation of the self-assessment procedure, a flowchart of the algorithm for its implementation is provided. The activities of the working group and its participants at various stages of the self-assessment are detailed.
