Vehicle non-stationary random vibration analysis based on pseudo excitation method and precise integration method

This study presents a new technique for non-stationary random vibration analysis of vehicles based on pseudo-excitation method (PEM) and precise integration method (PIM). The basic formula of the non-stationary PEM is summarized, and the non-stationary pavement excitation model of the modulation function is derived, and the specific formula of the PEM is given. In order to verify the correctness of the new method, a combination of covariance equivalent method and Monte Carlo method is proposed to solve the problem in the time domain, and the root mean square (RMS) value of the response is obtained for verification. Basis on the classical 1/4 vehicle model, the body acceleration, dynamic deflection, and wheel relative dynamic load are taken as the response. Through the comparative analysis of the simulation curves, the simulation results of the two methods are almost the same, which verifies the effectiveness of the new method. Through the comparative analysis of simulation time, the running time of the new method proposed in this paper is only 4.19% of the traditional method, which is efficient. Therefore, the new method of vehicle non-stationary random vibration is correct and efficient, and has strong practical engineering application value.
