Az egészségi állapottal összefüggő életminőség kutatásának története és módszertanának alakulása
Tracing of changes in health-related quality of life (HRQoL) plays a crucial role in healthcare decision-making and pondering of treatment options. This study aims to overview of the development of quality of life measurement and the various methods employed. Quality of life questionnaires support recognising the patients' subjective experiences and provide important information on treatment efficacy. This study endeavours to show specific measurement tools, such as generic and disease-specific questionnaires, and emphasises their significance in clinical practice. Furthermore, we highlight how HRQoL measurement can assist healthcare providers in optimising treatment decisions and improving patients' quality of life, particularly in chronic and end-stage conditions.
