THE METHOD OF MODELING THERMAL CHARACTERISTICS HIGH-POWER COAXIAL CIRCULATOR

The paper presents the results of modeling the thermal characteristics of a 7 kW decoupling device. A thermal model of an analogue of the FCCV23-27 circulator has been developed in the Comsol Multiphysics program, the heat distribution regions at the nodes of the decoupling device have been determined, electrical parameters have been set and temperature values have been calculated.

Abstract

The paper presents the results of modeling the thermal characteristics of a 7 kW decoupling device. A thermal model of an analogue of the FCCV23-27 circulator has been developed in the Comsol Multiphysics program, the heat distribution regions at the nodes of the decoupling device have been determined, electrical parameters have been set and temperature values have been calculated.
