APPLICATION OF NITROGEN LIQUEFIER AT THE AIR SEPARATION PLANT

The paper considers the possibility of using a gaseous nitrogen liquefier at the SILPA air separation plant to increase the production of liquid nitrogen. Obtained pure gaseous nitrogen, which under the condition of standard consumption by the customer, is partially emitted into the atmosphere as excessive and does not realize the cost of its processing. Application of nitrogen liquefier will allow to convert gaseous nitrogen into liquid nitrogen with its subsequent discharge into the storage and shipment tank, which will increase the received volume of liquid nitrogen and production profit.
