METHODOLOGY FOR USING BASALT FIBER IN EFFICIENT THIN-WALLED CLADDING PRODUCTS

An overview is given on the use of basalt fiber (fiber) and other additional components (such as microcalcite) to improve the construction and technical properties of concrete. Analysis of the sources showed that the use of basalt fiber as a reinforcing component has a positive effect on a number of material properties, such as bending strength, compressive strength and frost resistance, and microcalcite can reduce the porosity of the material and increase the density. Taking into account the optimal distribution of structural elements in the volume of construction material makes it possible to fully describe the material management and, in particular, significantly increase the strength of concrete and obtain its new promising types.
